Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. The Parties
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Ved Dixit, an individual sole proprietor operating the CharvisAI service ("CharvisAI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using CharvisAI you confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement and that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
CharvisAI provides an autonomous business operations platform. By using the service you authorize our agents to act on your behalf within the budget, scope, and risk parameters you define. You are responsible for the legality and ethics of the businesses you operate through the platform.
3. Acceptable Use & Misuse
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
- send spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights;
- probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service without written consent;
- circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or usage quotas.
4. Intellectual Property
Ved Dixit retains all right, title, and interest in CharvisAI, including its software, models, documentation, branding, and underlying IP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.
5. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
6. Service Level & Warranty Disclaimer
CharvisAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious violations of our Acceptable Use policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting Paddle.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of business. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
